Housed in the Tagliatela College of Engineering, the University of New Haven's Department of Mechanical and Industrial Engineering proudly offers comprehensive and distinguished programs that prepare students for successful careers in the field of mechanical and industrial engineering. Our undergraduate program in Mechanical Engineering is designed to provide students with a solid foundation in engineering principles, technical knowledge, and practical skills. Through a rigorous curriculum, our students gain expertise in various areas of mechanical engineering, including mechanics, thermodynamics, materials science, design, manufacturing, and robotics.
