1. Application Process

Submit your UNewHaven or Common Application
Submit additional materials (senior secondary/high school transcripts, letter(s) of recommendation, test scores or English language test scores if required)
Receive Acceptance to the University

2. Visa Process

Receive your I-20 by submitting your passport and financial documents
Pay the SEVIS Fee and schedule your visa interview at the U.S. Embassy/Consulate in your home country

3. Incoming Student Process

Once student visa is approved, complete the Decision Response Form and the $1,000 Enrollment Fee within the Portal
Start the next steps as an incoming student within your student portal (health forms, orientation registration, planning travel, etc.)
