About Rhonda

My background includes being a Duke University graduate, working in the National Health Service Corps and nine specialties over nearly thirty years. I entered academia in 2012 and have served in every leadership and faculty role in PA education. As a program director, the cohorts I served reached the level of a 100% first time PANCE rate.

What is more important than my bio is that you know that it is an honor to possess the knowledge required to care for our fellow human beings. And it is essential that one have the heart and intent necessary to turn that knowledge into effective person-centered care. The University of New Haven Physician Associate program was built with one goal – to afford humans with the intellect, heart, and desire to become such a physician associate, the opportunity to do so.
