About Matthew
Matt joined the University of New Haven as Director of Puchasing in June, 2025. He brings more than 25 years of purchasing experience in fast-paced and complex environments, including 15 years within the University of Connecticut system. His prior roles include Director of Purchasing Services at the UConn Health Center, Director of Procurement Services, and Associate Vice President of University Business Services & Chief Procurement Officer at UConn.
Matt is a proven leader and skilled negotiator with extensive experience managing RFP processes and advancing procurement strategies that are cost-effective, efficient, and ethical.
