About Henry
Dr. Voegeli spent much of his distinguished career in the university's Department of Biology and Environmental Science.
To foster scientific education and community outreach, he sponsors the ongoing Voegeli Seminar Series / Voegeli Lecture Series at the University of New Haven. The series features internal faculty - and also brings in outside researchers - to present on pressing modern concerns in the fields of biology and ecology, such as microplastics in the environment, emerging medical technologies, microbial communities, Lyme disease, viruses and cancer, and more.
