About Christopher

Kelly is Director, Digital Evidence Laboratory, at the Office of the Massachusetts Attorney General. He is a Certified Economic Crime Forensic Examiner (CECFE) through the National White Collar Crime Center, a GIAC Certified Forensics Analyst (GCFA), and a Certified Computer Examiner (CCE), among other certifications.
