About Banakou (Lydia)
I am originally from Togo. I came to the United States in 2002 after receiving a Permanent Resident Card. I became a U.S. Citizen in 2008.
I have been with the University of New Haven since 2011. I began as a Library Clerk at the Marvin K. Peterson Library; then moved to the College of Business in 2013; and to the Lee College in 2021.
I enjoy interacting with any domestic and international students and faculty at the University.
