Dr. Bradshaw was an associate professor of sociology and coordinator of the sociology program at the University of New Haven prior to his retirement and elevation to the rank of Professor Emeritus. He began teaching at the University in 1973.
He continues to teach courses in sociology part-time, including Introduction to Sociology and Sociology of Death & Suicide.
Dr. Bradshaw is a highly-regarded leader of time management and stress management, employee motivation and professional development seminars. Al's expertise has been lauded by representatives from some of the most respected organizations nationwide, including Armstrong Rubber, AT&T, Avco Lycoming, CIGNA, Digital Equipment Corporation, Gillette, IBM, Polaroid, Pratt & Whitney and Yale University.
