Board of Governors
In the exercise of its authority and responsibilities, the Board of Governors holds the University of New Haven’s financial, physical, and human assets and operations in trust for future generations and is pledged to provide coordination, focus, advocacy, stewardship, and leadership for the diverse members of the University of New Haven learning community. The voting members of the Board of Governors are elected for three-year terms and will convene a minimum of three times per year.
